Simple Version
You may purchase (or use a discount code), download and use the bass lines in your music productions. You may sell commercially and/or broadcast your music productions with those bass lines.

You may not download the bass lines and create a business of your own to re-sell them. You may not group and re-sell them as packages of your own.

Refunds are not provided. Please make full use of the short samples, and links to the full bass lines which are provided on the website. Please be sure before you purchase. If you are not 100% completely happy and overjoyed with your purchase, please contact me at unaufadox@icloud.com.

Legal Version
Unaufadox Productions (Company) provides Music Creators and/or Artists (Creators) bass lines and bass loops (Loops) through a website (Website) that allows the purchase, download, and inclusion into their new music productions (New Works) using their creativity and skill.

Loops are being licensed, not sold to Creators.

This licence is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual right to use the Loops obtained through the Website in combination with other sounds in music productions to create New Works. This means that Creators may modify, reproduce, publicly perform, distribute, transmit, communicate to the public, sublicense and otherwise use the Loops as embodied in New Works, including for commercial purposes, except as prohibited herein below.

Creators may not (a) sublicense the Loops in isolation as sound effects, loops, or as source material for any other form of sample (even if Creators modify the Loops), (b) use or sublicense Loops in a manner competitive to the Company, (c) sublicense, sell, loan, share, lend, broadcast, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or transfer all of the Loops to a third party except as incorporated into New Works; (d) redistribute Loops in new sample packs or (e) use any Loops or portions of Loops identified as made available for "preview" other than to internally and locally (on the Website) preview the applicable Loops. For the avoidance of doubt, "preview" Loops may not be modified, reproduced, publicly performed, distributed, transmitted, communicated to the public, sublicensed, or otherwise used and may not be used for commercial purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, service providers, partners, and licensors (collectively, "Company Entities") be liable to Creators for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or any other intangible loss) arising out of or relating to the Creators access to or use of, or the Creators inability to access or use, the Website or any materials or content on the Website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not any Company Entities has been informed of the possibility of damage.
