Unaufadox Productions (to be referred to as ‘The Company’) provides Audio Mixing, Music Production, Bass Composition, Recording and Tutorial Services. The Company has no financial interest in selling data. It will never intentionally take part in such practices. The Company has no nefarious intent towards using data. It interacts honourably with clients, potential clients and visitors to all Social Media accounts and  to www.unaufadox.com (to be referred to as ‘The Website’). It will never intentionally cause harm to another.

 

What data is collected
The Company will receive the information provided on the contact form on The Website. It includes name, email, subject and message fields.

Should The Company provide a service and a fee is due, an invoice will be sent. Upon payment, some details may be shown on The Company’s business account banking statement and/or the international payment service transactions record.


How your data is used

Contact Form -- Data from the contact form (name, email, subject and message fields) will be used to better understand questions and for correspondence. The name from this form may also be used in The Company’s accounting records i.e. invoicing record. The name and email address maybe stored in The Company’s Mail application on The Company’s computer and/or Smartphone and/or Cloud Account.

Wix -- The Company uses Wix as a website and domain host. If a contact form is submitted, data will be stored on Wix’s servers. The Company retrieves data from these servers.

Wix are seen as a ‘processor’ of data whereas The Company (as The Website owner) is seen as the ‘controller’. Below is an excerpt from Wix’s privacy policy (which can be found in full here. Please note, users of The Website are referred to as ‘Users of Users’.)

“…Wix has no direct relationship with Users-of-Users whose Personal Information it processes. If you are a visitor, user or customer of any of our Users, and would like to make any requests or queries regarding your Personal Information, please contact such User(s) directly. For example, if you wish to request to access, correct, amend, or delete inaccurate Personal Information processed by Wix on behalf of its Users, please direct your query to the relevant User (who is the “Controller” of such data). If Wix is requested by our Users to remove any Users-of-Users’ Personal Information, we will respond to such requests in a timely manner upon verification and in accordance with applicable law (for example, thirty (30) days under the GDPR). Unless otherwise instructed by our User, we will retain their Users-of-Users’ Personal Information for the period set forth in Section 12 below.”

We may retain your Personal Information (as well as your Users-of-Users’ Personal Information) for as long as your User Account is active, as indicated in this Privacy Policy, or as otherwise needed to provide you with our Services.

We may continue to retain your Personal Information after you deactivate your User Account and/or cease to use any particular Services, as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes regarding our Users or their Users-of-Users, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our agreements and/or protect our legitimate interests.

We maintain a data retention policy which we apply to Personal Information in our care.”

 

Payments
Data which maybe present on bank statements, and in The Company’s International payment system records (upon completion of a payment) maybe used for accounting. The information provided is usually quite limited, however the best way to keep records is to use the name a client has provided for the invoice.


How to withdraw your consent to store your data, or to modify your data
To modify or delete data provided through the contact form (which The Company keeps records of) please contact directly at: unaufadox@icloud.com.

To modify or delete data provided through the contact form which is stored on Wix’s servers please contact The Company directly at unaufadox@icloud.com and Wix will be contacted with your request.

 

To modify or delete data provided through any form form which is stored on PayHip’s and/or Stripe’s servers please contact The Company directly at unaufadox@icloud.com and Wix will be contacted with your request.
